Yanni and his team at Southwest Spas did an EXCELLENT JOB in helping me fix my spa. They were patient, helpful, courteous and genuinely took an interest in helping me. Its rare to see this level of customer service and professionalism in the industry and Southwest Spas exemplifies the type of company you want when you purchase a spa. I purchased my spa from them two years ago and I still go there to get all my chemicals and supplies.Even though I have already made the purchase of my spa, Yanni and Serge are always super friendly and helpful when I go in. Yanni is incredible knowledgeable and trustworthy. It is hard to find a place where you feel they have your best interest in mind, you get that feeling from them. If I ever need to purchase another spa, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We cant brag enough about Southwest Spas. Both Yanni and Serge are almost family at this point. Fabulous service, excellent Spa - they are always giving hidden tips and techniques and are truly just wonderful people blessed with a fantastic business and loyal customers ! Third D1 spa purchased from this location. The service and warranty on the spa is superior to any competitor. Dean the service rep really knows his product. He is efficient and prompt to be there and gets the job done the correct way first time. I have had nothing but spectacular service and excellent results from Sw spas. We purchased our Dimension One spa the Dream model over a year ago, from Southwest Spa in Mesa. My wife has had major issue with degenerative disk in her back and has a lot pain some days. She says it is like a personal therapist and has worked wonders for the pain. I like it very much for my sore muscles.Yanni the owner there assured me the jets, pump, control system, shell surface and heater with the Dimension One. Are the best of all the other makes or brands out there ! I give their store Five out of Five stars for price, delivery and service.

Everything is great about this company from the buying process all the way to delivery! Yanni and Serge were very thoughtful and helpful when buying our Breeze spa. They have the ABSOLUTE BEST prices and quality of spas around the Valley. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a spa for a while and came across their spas at the Home and Garden Show. Yanni is the best guy! We bought a d1 diplomat soda from him 2 years ago and my son was wanting to buy himself one this year. We went back to Southwest spa and yanni treated us like family. Wonderful customer service and amazing quality spas. Would highly recommend!

My spa wasnt heating correctly and I thought it was going to be a fairly expensive fix. I got the spa from a friend who moved back east 9 years ago and really knew nothing about them. I called southwest and talked to Dean Schnider. I gave him the info he asked for and with trouble shooting skills he was able to diagnose the problem! Im up and running again thanks to Dean. I have no doubt when its time for a new spa I will purchase from southwest. Thanks again!!!
